Residential Website Instructions
The Residential Gate Access website is dedicated to monitor your authorized visitors.

 1. Access - http://isncommunity.com/Fairfield

From IE address bar and not from a search bar. The website works best with Internet Explorer. You may experience problems using other browsers.

2. Enter phone number or Email address.

  1. The system may use multiple numbers/Emails for multiple addresses.
  2. The most current home number that the HOA office has on file was imported into the system. If your phone numbers have changed, try a previous number. You do not need dashes between numbers.
  3. Whatever main number was provided to management was used, so it is possible the number is a cell number.

3. Enter Pin.

Your default pin is blank and it will be the same as the one for the voicemail system and must be 4 digits

4. Log In.

  1. On initial log in, you will be asked to register and will have the opportunity to change your pin#.
  2. Please provide you email address.This is important so Gatekeeper can communicate with you VIA email and for you to be able to retrieve your pin if you forget. You will not receive any advertisements and your address will not be sold or forwarded to any person or entity. The Resident Website email distribution list is managed onsite at and by the SOA management team.
  3. A security question will be required. You will choose the question from the drop down box.
  4. Make sure to write your pin and security question down and secure it in case you forget.
  5. Click Submit. You will be redirected back to the log in page. Retype the phone/Email and pin.

5. First Pages.

  1. Contact Info - Has contact Information and a Flag Message used by the Gatehouse.
  2. Vehicles – Includes vehicles and access control devices associated with your address. It is managed by administration.

6. Guest Tab

  1. This is your guest entry page. The most important fields are last name, first name, relationship, start date, expiration date and email address ( if you would like to email them a pass for fast entry)
  2. You can manually type the date or use the calendar.
  3. If they are your permanent guests, or a guest you wish to have unlimited access to your home, enter 12/31/9999 in the expiration date box or check the 'Make Guest Permanent' checkbox
  4. After adding a guest with an email address, you may click on the <Pass> button on the grid view to email them a pass to the community for fast entry. 
  5. Please note that it may take as long as 15 minutes to get this information across the network so we ask you enter this information as soon as possible.
  6. Guest Activity Link - This is information entered from the gates about guests that have arrived. They may or may not be on your expected guest list since they may have been called into the Voicemail System. Column one (Date) indicates the date and time they arrived. If they were denied access, it will appear also.

7. Parties/Events Tab

If you are having a party, you can list all names in this section, and once submitted, they will default into your guest list. You may cut and paste them from another location such as a word document.
